Max focuses on bringing value to our partners, whether that may be advertising firms, builders, charities and brokerages, and executing LendFriend’s growth strategy so LendFriend can provide customers in new markets across the US with the same level of service that LendFriend’s existing customer base enjoys every day.

Greg is responsible for sourcing and managing strategic partnerships with high caliber real estate agents, loan officers, builders, and businesses to better serve our mutual clients. Greg believes that a rising tide lifts all ships, and his goal is to help LendFriend, and their partners and colleagues reach new heights of success. An avid advocate of Austin’s food scene and lover of surfing, you can usually find Greg wake surfing on Lake Travis or checking out a new restaurant in his free time.

Christian applies his relentless work ethic, drive to succeed and dedication to his craft to serving LendFriend’s borrowers. Christian always strives to create raving fans out of our borrowers and is always available day or night to assist. Christian loves the real estate side of the business, staying up to date on the latest trends in the residential market, and enjoys being a knowledgeable resource for LendFriend borrowers as well as local realtors.

With a friend-first mentality, Mike’s commitment to excellence shows in every aspect of his work. His reliable character is sure to bring optimism to any situation and a solution to every problem. The experience Mike has accumulated from the multiple industries he has worked in gives him a different perspective that helps him stay effective in an ever-changing environment.

Alfredo began his journey in the mortgage industry with LendFriend in 2019, where he found fulfillment in helping his community, particularly people of Hispanic heritage, achieve the dream of homeownership. Alfredo’s sincere approach breaks down complex aspects of mortgages into simple, easy-to-understand ideas while getting to know his clients. Whether it be a first purchase or another investment purchase, Alfredo works together with his clients to tailor a game plan that leads to success.

Chelsea has been a key member of the LendFriend team since the beginning. As one of the first employees and a true team player, Chelsea has played multiple parts within LendFriend, which has turned her into an extremely well-rounded and knowledgeable mortgage professional. Before joining LendFriend, Chelsea was no stranger to the finance world, working as a financial advisor and then in personal banking. Chelsea enjoys crunching the numbers and using her mortgage expertise to provide customers with a great deal and a seamless process. A native Texan and third-generation Austinite, Chelsea loves her hometown of Austin, and when she’s not in the office, you can find her hanging out at Lady Bird Lake or searching the local music venues to get her fix of live jazz.

As Director of Loan Production, Jonathan plays a key role in managing the loan production for LendFriend Home Loans, managing over $100 million dollars in annual fundings each year. His dedication to his work is evident to any borrower that has the pleasure of working with Jonathan. Over the last 13 years in the financial services industry, Jonathan has experience in a wide variety of segments in the industry but found his passion in assisting home buyers in 2014. A Las Vegas native, Jonathan found a new home in Austin, where he has lived the last five years. When he is not assisting homeowners, he loves spending time with his wife, Jessica, and dog Miley.

For Morgan, providing LendFriend’s clients with the utmost support and care comes naturally. Morgan came to LendFriend after a prior career in healthcare where she put patients’ needs above all else. Morgan applies her experiences in healthcare to make sure each LendFriend client feels as though they are receiving the best level of care possible. Morgan also works regularly with clients in LendFriend’s Heroes Program where she is still able to connect with the doctors, nurses and other frontline workers, which will always hold a special place in her heart from her time in the healthcare industry.

Rachel comes to LendFriend with more than a decade of experience helping companies find creative ways to market themselves to the public, Rachel joined LendFriend in 2020 after working in the hospitality industry. Although she is newer to the mortgage industry, she brings years of creativity and top-notch customer service experience to LendFriend. Rachel is passionate about sharing the importance of working with a lender who ensures that clients are educated and well taken care of every step of the way.
